About the Author
Craig Cecil has been involved in sports and the science of exercise since his days of high school athletics in baseball, through his collegiate career in NCAA Track & Field, to his devotion to weightlifting and bodybuilding pursuits over the past 20 years. During that time, Craig has trained with professional athletes, as well as multitudes of dedicated, ordinary individuals just wanting to build lean, muscular body weight. Craig is a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland.

Step-by-step instructions on how to build a home gym. Cecil's advice on body-building, weight lifting, and dumb bells was precise and informative. This book is filled with great pictures and detailed instructions for beginners like me to gear up for New-Year's Resolutions. If you ware in need of help losing weight, or building muscle, or want to cut back on gym memberships, give this book a read!

Just What The Doctor Ordered!

I recently bought a home and couldn't wait to begin assembling a basement gym. I was so tired of the rat race driving back and forth to a crowded commercial gym full of equipment I don't use and people that annoy me. I'm so glad I waited to begin putting my gym together until I had a chance to read the copy of Bodybuilding at Home that Craig sent me.
He outlined the pros and cons of many different pieces of equipment and made outstanding recommendations. I followed his advice and was able to save not just money but also space. I now have everything I need with room to expand a bit in the future with a couple of specialty pieces if I want.
I can't thank Craig enough for helping me get locked and loaded for many years of productive training without ever leaving my house. The only negative is that he enabled me to become even more of a hermit, haha. Great book from a super knowledgeable source!
