Surprising

Except for a few points that do not fit my understanding, this is a mostly informative read and helpful to devotees of Yogananda. My favorite part is the symbolism of the Catholic Mass at the end.

Interesting Ideas

I have read extensively about Kriya Yoga, but this is the first time I have seen anyone attempt to equate Kriya to the original Catholic Mass! He also has some radical ideas about sexual sublimation. Many books can be found with more extensive information about Kriya yoga that will serve the interested reader much better. Most of these books are offered without charge.
